Sir Noël Coward Prestige Enamel Box

Sir Noël Peirce Coward was an English playwright, composer, director, actor, producer, and singer best known for highly polished 'comedies of manners'. 2023 marks the 50th anniversary of his death on 26th March, 1973. Halcyon Days has created this handmade prestige enamel box featuring a photograph taken of Sir Noël Coward in 'We Were Dancing from Tonight at 8.30', in 1936.

"There are probably greater painters than Noël, greater novelists than Noël, greater librettists, greater composers of music, greater singers, greater dancers, greater comedians, greater tragedians, greater stage producers, greater film directors, greater cabaret stars, greater TV stars. If there are, they are 14 different people. Only one man combined all 14 labels - The Master."

- Lord Louis Mountbatten on Coward's 70th birthday
