Christmas delivery dates

International | Wednesday 6th December - final date to place a personalised order  International | Thursday 13th December - final date for guaranteed delivery by Christmas 

UK | Wednesday 13th December - final date to place a personalised order  UK | Thursday 21st December - final date for guaranteed delivery by Christmas

Due to the fact that we are a manufacturing company producing hand crafted goods which require delicate workmanship and are often made to order, we run a strict no refund policy on shipping costs. 

Our warehouse despatches on Monday to Friday.  Please note that we can manufacture to order and will always have a skilled artist to work on personalised items. 

All orders are sent using a tracked courier service for your convenience and security. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

You can also find your tracking information in the order section of your Halcyon Days account.

We use FEDEX for all e-commerce deliveries.

Please contact the courier directly and quote your tracking number should you wish to monitor the movements of your order.

Should you require a different delievery method, this can be arranged using Royal Mail but must be requested by the customer when the order is placed. It is the customer's responsability to inform Halcyon Days of any specific delivery requirements. Shipping methods cannot be amended if the order has already been dispatched.

Please allow the following delivery times for orders made online:

Delivery for the UK Mainland - within 3 - 5 working days after the order has been placed, if the item is in stock and is not made to order.

A next working day delivery service is available for UK Mainland orders if the order is placed before 1pm and the item is in stock and is not made to order.

Delivery for the USA - within 5 - 7 working days after the order has been placed, if the item is in stock and is not made to order. 

Delivery for the for Rest of World - delivery can be expected within 5 - 7 working days after the order has been placed, if the item is in stock and is not made to order. 

For personalised items, please allow a further 5 days on top of the delivery times above, to allow for hand painting or individual kiln firing. Please note this will be put on the system as 'back ordered' while your piece is personalised. 

If the package is recieved by the customer. We do not take responsability for a delay in delivery if the package has been undeliverable. If the parcel is unable to be delivered, the courier will leave a card with details of how to receive your order. 

We run a strict no refund policy on shipping costs.

Halcyon Days reserves the right to deliver Sale goods without branded packaging. Fine bone china will be delivered in white branded packaging, bangles will be delivered in pouches only and all sale enamels will be delivered in lid on base boxes. 

Postage & Packing

Shipments to the USA are charged at a flat fee of $30 per shipment.

Shipments to the UK are charged at a flat fee of $8 per shipment.

These are the only destinations that we currently ship to on our USA site. 

Customs or handling charges that may be levied by authorities in the destination country are beyond our control, and we regret we are unable to accept any responsibility for these.

Returns Policy

Halcyon Days – Online and Store Returns Policy

We have every confidence that you will be completely satisfied with our products, but if for any reason you are not, please follow the guidelines below:-
 
  • All purchases ( excludes sale lines) made from 1st November 2017  to the 24th December,  may be exchanged or refunded until the 31st January of 2018 with a valid proof of purchase.  (WILL CHANGE THIS BACK TO NORMAL 30 DAYS POST THE 24TH DECEMBER)
  • Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days on receipt of purchase date and we will offer a full refund against the original method of payment within 14 working days
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging and with the despatch note
  • Goods may be exchanged if they are returned within 30 days from receipt of purchase, providing the items are in the original packaging and in fully saleable condition. You must provide proof of purchase. If no suitable exchange is immediately available we can offer Gift Vouchers to the same value.                                                                                                                                                             Exceptions: Please note that the following are excluded from our returns policy:
  • All Sale items 
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Bespoke, personalised, dated,  soldered, embossed or engraved items
  • Items otherwise altered to a customer's request
  • Please note, if an exchange is required, your order will need to be refunded and a new order placed. Please contact our Customer Service team and they will be happy to help you with this or any other queries you may have 
  • For postage returns please include a note explaining the reason for the return, except for faulty items that are the responsibility of Halcyon Days, all shipping costs for returns will be covered by the customer. Please see the FAQ page for more details.
  • Please ensure all returned parcels are properly sealed and for added security we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We cannot provide credit for packages lost during the returns process if tracking or proof of delivery is not available.  We do not accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. We run a strict no refund policy on shipping costs.
  • Halcyon Days will only pay for the cost of returns if items were delivered in error or faulty or damaged.

  • There is strictly a NO refund or Exchange Policy on Halcyon Days goods which have not been purchased from www.halycondays.co.uk or the Retail Store at 27 Royal Exchange, Threadneedle Street, London EC3V 3LP. Multi-brand retailers and stockists will adhere to their own refund policy. Items bought in concession stores must be returned to their host stores for a refund. Items bought at 27 Royal Exchange must be returned solely to this location.
